Lucky: Luck Procs
Danger 5Mediumfor v1.1 + Paws & Claws · updated 2026-11-01
Lucky's damage comes from luck, not weapons. Every material you pick up and every enemy that dies can zap a random target, so stack Luck and the items that add more zaps.
Stat priority
Weapons
| Weapon | Copies | Role | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lute | 4 | core | Strong with Luck and the favourite of experienced Lucky players. |
| Slingshot | 2 | core | Bouncing shots that keep picking off stragglers. |
Items
| Item | Priority | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Baby Elephant | must | Another chance to zap an enemy whenever you pick up a material. |
| Cyberball | must | A chance to zap a random enemy whenever one dies. Chains with everything above. |
| Pearl | should | Turns your huge Luck into flat % Damage. |
| Cauldron | should | Bigger pickup range means more materials, which means more zaps. |
| Treasure Map | should | More items from crates, and Lucky finds plenty of crates. |
| Bag | should | +15 materials per crate. |
| Retromation's Hoodie | nice | Turns Dodge into attack speed to offset Lucky's -60%. |
Avoid
- Black Flag — More and tougher enemies with no upside for a Luck build.
Run plan
Early (waves 1–6)
Luck and economy. Pick up materials constantly, since every pickup is damage.
Mid (waves 7–14)
Stack Baby Elephant, Cyberball and Pearl. Don't half-fix attack speed: either ignore the -60% or push well past it.
Late (waves 15–20)
Survive the boss with HP and speed rather than trying to burst it.
Why it works
- Lucky starts with +100 Luck and gets 25% more from every Luck item, so the proc items scale absurdly.
- More than 50 materials left on the ground wastes procs: keep collecting.
- Players disagree on whether Lucky is easy or hard at Danger 5. Shop luck decides it.
