How the run plays

+200% Attack Speed with Medical weapons against -100% otherwise means the Doctor runs Medical weapons only; the Medical Gun and friends hit fast and heal on the side. HP Regen modifications are doubled, so regen items are the survival plan. A natural support in co-op.

Weapons

Doctor fits the Medical class best. Start with Scissors, Medical Gun and hold six weapons of one class for the set bonus; the weapons list shows everything in the Medical class with per-tier damage.

What to buy, what to skip

Medical weapons, HP Regen, Max HP. Armor modifications are reduced, so skip armor.

The shop favours HP Regeneration items for Doctor, so expect to see these often: Alien Worm, Plant, Mushroom, Penguin, Lure, Campfire, Coral, Blood Leech.

The mistake that ends runs

Any non-Medical weapon in the rack — it attacks at zero speed.
